All central systems of the PRIME Cloud Data Centers are continuously monitored. On this page we provide transparent information about the availability, performance and current operating status of our infrastructure.
Our monitoring systems continuously check central services, network connections, hosting platforms, Storage systems, Backups and support components. If there are any restrictions, planned maintenance or disruptions, they will be documented here.
Each system area shows the current operating status as well as typical measured values that are observed during ongoing operation.
Monitoring the external connection, internal network infrastructure and accessibility of central services.
Monitoring the cloud hosting platform and underlying virtualization environment.
Monitoring of VPS infrastructure, host systems and virtual resources.
Monitoring of managed hosting systems, web servers, databases and service components.
Monitoring central storage infrastructure and data availability.
Monitoring of Backup processes and security infrastructure.
Monitoring the DNS resolution and accessibility of relevant name services.
Monitoring the customer area for administration, orders and technical settings.
Monitoring systems for customer communications and support requests.
Availability of the central infrastructure in the current observation period.
Measured average response time of central network points.
Current packet loss within the monitored network routes.
Current average utilization of central resources.
Proportion of successfully completed Backup jobs in the last period.
Currently known disruptions affecting customers or services.
The uptime shows the technical availability of the monitored systems in the defined period. The higher the value, the more stable the operation was.
Latency describes the response time between a measuring point and the monitored system. Low values indicate a fast and stable connection.
Packet loss shows whether data packets are lost on the way to the destination. Consistently low or non-existent packet loss is a sign of stable network infrastructure.
The Performance Utilization Rate shows how heavily CPU, RAM, Storage and the network are currently utilized. The value helps to identify bottlenecks at an early stage.
The Backup status shows whether scheduled backups were completed successfully. It is an important indicator of operational security and recoverability.
There are currently no maintenance work planned that will impact the availability of the systems.
There are currently no known disruptions or limitations.
The status information is updated automatically or manually based on internal monitoring data. If you have any questions about a specific service or an observed limitation, our support team is available.
If you have specific questions about services, availability or observed restrictions, our team will help.
