PRIME Cloud Data Center status

More current System status

All central systems of the PRIME Cloud Data Centers are continuously monitored. On this page we provide transparent information about the availability, performance and current operating status of our infrastructure.

Our monitoring systems continuously check central services, network connections, hosting platforms, Storage systems, Backups and support components. If there are any restrictions, planned maintenance or disruptions, they will be documented here.

Current key figures

Central key figures

Uptime99,99 %

Availability of the central infrastructure in the current observation period.

Average latency12 ms

Measured average response time of central network points.

Packet loss0,00 %

Current packet loss within the monitored network routes.

Performance Utilization Rate42 %

Current average utilization of central resources.

Backup success rate100 %

Proportion of successfully completed Backup jobs in the last period.

Active disorders0

Currently known disruptions affecting customers or services.

Indicators

What the values mean

/01Uptime

Technical availability

The uptime shows the technical availability of the monitored systems in the defined period. The higher the value, the more stable the operation was.

/02latency

Response time of the systems

Latency describes the response time between a measuring point and the monitored system. Low values indicate a fast and stable connection.

/03Packet loss

Stability of transmission

Packet loss shows whether data packets are lost on the way to the destination. Consistently low or non-existent packet loss is a sign of stable network infrastructure.

/04Utilization

Utilization of central resources

The Performance Utilization Rate shows how heavily CPU, RAM, Storage and the network are currently utilized. The value helps to identify bottlenecks at an early stage.

/05Backup

Backup and restore

The Backup status shows whether scheduled backups were completed successfully. It is an important indicator of operational security and recoverability.

Maintenance window

No scheduled maintenance

There are currently no maintenance work planned that will impact the availability of the systems.

Example fields for maintenanceDate, time, affected systems, expected impact and status of maintenance.
Current news

No current disruptions

There are currently no known disruptions or limitations.

Message formatTiming, affected service, status, description and last updated.
Status history

Course of the last few days and weeks

Last 24 hours Trouble-free
Last 7 days No relevant faults identified.
Last 30 days The monitored systems were stably available during the period under review.
